How TIILC Differs From Retaining the Firm
A consulting engagement is limited in scope by design: defined questions, defined deliverables, defined fees. It does not create a general attorney-client representation, and consulting conclusions are advisory — they depend on the instruments, facts, and jurisdictions involved. Where a matter warrants full representation, the transition into the firm’s investment-protection practice is seamless.
