Victor Angel Mejias is an attorney at Transnational Matters,  specializing in domestic and foreign family law-related matters. He has years of experience in first-party property litigation, family and business law. Mr. Mejias graduated from the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga and obtained dual degrees in Criminal Justice (B.S.) and French (B.A.). He later attended and graduated from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law with his Juris Doctor. He began his professional career representing homeowners in first party property litigation disputes before ultimately moving into family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, child support, adoptions, and post-judgement matters.

Although Mr. Mejias’ practice has primarily involved state cases, he has always had a strong passion for international law and international arbitration. Throughout his educational and professional career, Mr. Mejias has studied international law and languages extensively across the world, including a semester at the University of Barcelona School of Law and a semester at the University of Savoy Mont Blanc.

Mr. Mejias is trilingual, being fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
